Getting Started
Greetings Challenge Takers! Get started now with our first lesson now and learn the foundational information, resource materials and videos. Make sure you are familiar with the information covered and refer to it throughout the Challenge, this includes the Four Pillars to Healthy Eating, ways to construct a healthy plate, and tips for rapid weight loss. Also, make sure you have selected several recipes to fall back on. Our goal is to make sure you are equipped with the foundation and framework needed for a successful Challenge.
